 
Edwardian Sterling Silver Compact Purse Made by Nussbaum & Hunold - C1915
Sterling Silver Purse with engraved initials (FHF) on a lovely paper clip style chain. The inside on the top is a place for cash that is held in by a spring-loaded clip. The base has a powder holder and mirror. There are also two spring-loaded holders for nickels and dimes. The purse is in very good condition with no dings or dents. However, the inside has wear, aging of the finish on the mirror, and some loss of gilding in the cash compartment. The measurements are 3 1/2" long and 2 1/2" wide and the purse weighs 2.74 troy ounces. The purse is marked "Sterling N.&H.", just below the mirror, and was made by Nussbaum & Hunold.
