 A pair of vintage sterling silver nut dishes in the shape of a leaf by Tiffany & Co. These small, dishes features a heart-shaped bowl with sculpted sides and a central vein in imitation of a curling leaf. These pieces was meant to serve candy or nuts, but could be used to hold small trinkets or jewelry. They are in excellent condition, and measure approx. 3 1/8” long and 2 1/2" wide. Both are stamped under the handle with the mark of Tiffany & Co., the words Makers and Sterling, pattern number 22886, and the letter M for John C. Moore, Tiffany’s president from 1907-1947. The tip of the leaf has the engraved initials rCp.
