A Russian 800 silver purse, in a nice size, measuring 8" x 3-3/4" x 7/8". Decorated on the top with an engraved floral design and blank circle for initials or a name. Weighing just shy of 15 ounces of silver, the top of the catch is set with a blue glass stone and has the original link chain. The back corner of the purse is marked SE, a star, and 800. In beautiful condition, recently polished by a silversmith, the hinge is tight and it snaps closed with a reassuring click and stays shut. Interior is nearly immaculate. Forgive the pics, it's really hard to get a good shot because of the reflections. The perfect piece to carry for a special night out on the town.

Artisans Allen and Paula Boyd are Navajo. They currently work from Santa Fe, NM and produce custom sterling silver jewelry inlaid with natural turquoises, coral, mother of pearl, jet, spiney oyster, and various shells. They are members of the "Indian Arts & Crafts Board".

Victorian gutta percha hand mirror with patent date of 1888. This is one of the most beautiful gutta percha mirrors I have seen! The back of the mirror is decorated with a fountain, peacocks, flowers and a center medallion with a cherub. Condition of the item is excellent. There are no nicks, or dents in the gutta percha. The mirror is pristine and I assume has been replaced. The top of the handle is marked Pat. 1888. Below the patent date is an abbreviation of the Month of March and the patent number but I can not make out the numbers.

A lovely vintage 1950's needlepoint, medium size purse or handbag with flowers done in needlepoint. This bag if for anybody who appreciates all the work that went into it. The inside is lined with white satin and the part of a cut tag that remains says handmade, but the manufacturer information is missing. Besides the lovely floral needlepoint work this bag is covered with hundreds of ivory colored glass beads. Even the handle of the purse is beaded! Condition is near mint and the interior is pristine.
